Love It. I love this mixer. Best bread i have ever made, without the hassle of hand kneading, which i am no longer able to do due to arthritis. Cakes giving a better rise too. Yes, it can be noisy on the higher levels, but it's not on for long, so not really a problem. I've had a lot of fun with this mixer, and so far, cannot fault it. Baking is now easy peasy with great, consistent results. .
Good But Noisy. I bought this mixer in place of a kenwood food processor i had been using for years and based on previous reviews and of course the great price. The mixer works great and has made lovely cakes. I did have to scrape mix from around the sides of the bowl inbetween mixing but this was not a problem. What i didn't like was the noise, it was very loud and i had to shut the kitchen doors and windows so as not to disturb the peace for the neighbours in the garden. The mechanism is a little bit stiff but i think this will get better with more use. I also bought the recommended cover for the mixer but this is much too big so i havent bothered putting it on. I think if i had the opportunity to see this mixer first i wouldn't have bought it due to the noise. .
