Fantastic Product. I've been using this every day for about 2 months and can't live without it. It is so easy to use and assemble. Cleaning is so quick and easy. I use a plastic bag in the section that collects the pulp. I've never had a blockage unlike some of the juicers i've used in the past. .

Customer Service Is Very Good. The juicer worked extremely well with one exception. When in use i find that the lid over the waste bucket allows liquid to bubble up and leak down the outside. Five months after buying my juicer it started running when the control was in the 'off' position, emitting clouds of smoke and had sparks flashing underneath. The jury is still out regarding andrew james' customer service, i was supplied with a free returns label so, having returned the juicer, i followed up with an email asking what their procedure was when a broken item was sent back to them. . I'm still waiting for an answer. Update: 48 hours after returning the broken juicer i received an acknowledgement that it had arrived back at their depot. 2 days later and a brand new juicer has been delivered! 10/10 for customer service.
