I experienced a poor moist trouble in a constructed in wardrobe, not any far more. Small But Super!!!. Bought this for my 17 year old sons very small bedroom as the condensation in it is a problem, this dehumidifier is doing the job nicely its small enough to sit on a window sill and is fairly quiet although he does say he switches it off at night as the noise annoys him then, but the rest of the time he does not notice it, it sucked up about 300 mls in the first two days which is enough to keep his walls dry but like i said he has a small room about 7ft x7ft so dont know how it would do in a larger area but judging by how much space was left in the water collector after the first two days i think it could cope in a slightly larger area. .
Doesn't Do a Bad Job. Certainly collects a good amount of water so i'm sure it's doing it's job for a small drying area. Easy to use. .
