Very Pretty and Compact Shape Kettle. The kettle is very, very pretty. The actual colour is white not cream which was a pleasemt surprise. I found it easy to fill it in via spout. First kettle arrived with a scratch mark near the top but was immediately replaced by amazon. I dropped one star because of a nightmare of dealing with call centre in india. . Even amazon cannot make it a bearable experience. .
