Not at its finest when on reduced speeds. Essential machine, does have slight odd burning smell when on for a few of minutes, almost as if it can be overloading. Not at its ideal when on small speeds, but on significant speeds is greatbaked a couple of cakes, made use of all the utencils it arrived with, dough came out pretty very good. Warning though, when opening and closing the leading fifty percent of the machine to cleanse or both transform utencil - can conveniently get fingers or hand caught inbetween when closing machine shut.
